Let me guess, after a self-clean your convection oven is now showing a flashing LOCKED message on the screen, the door is not locked at all but it still shows as locked and you can't bake anymore, what a pain. I know what you are going thru right now. Here is how I fix mine after searching and re-searching on the net without finding an answer to this issue. The indication of this bogus message is due to a really bad mechanism design on the door switch, this design causes a rotary plate to get out of place and it needs to be re-align, I could have done the desing myselft way better. Well let's get this LOCKED message away, first things first and very important, disconnect power before servicing, unscrew 3 or more screws under the control panel (mine has only three), then pull the panel up and then away from the oven, look at my picture below, you'll see how I was able to get it stable, so it won't fall down. Now, locate the Lock Motor (see picture below), remove the connector that carries the power to the Lock Motor (See Firure 2 below), unscrew the two screws on the side of the Lock Motor, you are going to need a short screwdriver to get this done. Remove the Lock Motor completelly making sure the rotaring plate underneath it doesn't fall off. Now, you'll see that there is a Lock Switch on the left and an Unclock Swtich on the right, they both look identical. Now, try positioning the Lock Motor back in its place again making sure the rotating plate pushes the Unlock Switch (Right Switch), it's is tricky kind to do this, you'll get better results by sliding the rorating plate and Lock Motor sideways. Once this accomplish, tight both screws that support the Lock Motor back in, reconnect the Lock Motor and put the control panel back in place with its 3 or more screes. Turn on the power and give it a few seconds for the LOCKED message to clear out. I hope this fixes your problem, it fixed mine and now I can enjoy baking something in the oven. If this doesn't fix your issue, more likely you have a bad Unlock Switch, if so, they don't cost much and replacing it is a piece of cake.
